Business presentation skills over the phone are debatable training practices. A good presentation needs to have proper structure. This requires the speech to have a proper introduction which will introduce the product to the audience in the most "attention grabbing" manner. Next, the presenter will have to provide information on the product and advise the audience as to why a product of this type is essential. The conclusion of the speech will inform the audience on the necessity of the product and the best manner in which it can be obtained. With proper understanding of how to deliver a presentation, giving one will not be cause for cold sweats. With good business presentation skills and thorough knowledge of the product, delivering the presentation will be an easy and less stressful task.  Just because someone is not communicating in person does not mean that they do not need good business presentation skills. Phone calls or emails or text messages have the same sorts of communication conventions that any kind of presentation does.
