These three things are the most important. The place of the event is important because it will determine whether or not you are able to get to it. If you are unprepared to travel to Gauteng, then you are not going to want to apply. However, if that is not a problem, then the next thing to think about is the date. Is that date free in your calendar? Do you have any previous speaking engagements as a busy motivational speaker on Garden Route or family things to take care of? If not, heed the application date, and go for it.  Next, note the audience size. Make sure that you are prepared to speak for an audience of about 35 (if that is the specific need).
