Any intentional motivational speaker, a professional speaker, or a sincere inspirational motivational speaker with guts will also speak about those things that are easier to just leave out. There are reasons that exist in business to get rid of employees. Consistent poor performance or toxic attitudes on the long term are good reasons for not wanting an employee to form part of the company future. Firing a trouble maker is one of the toughest calls that a manager will have to make. This is probably why not any circuit motivational speaker, a professional speaker, or even an intense inspirational speaker will address this issue in the next speech. This decision will not bolster your popularity, but it is the right thing to do. Efficient managers cannot allow people-pleasing or popularity to dictate decisions of principal.
