Motivational Speaker Travel Tips

As a number one motivational speaker, you have to pack smart! For day trips, only bring a small bag with essential items. You will need a pocket-sized travel kit with breath freshener for good first impressions, a comb, tissues, perhaps a bit of makeup if you are female, and a small mirror. Be sure to take your cell phone and make sure that it is fully charged before you leave in case you need to call the event staff due to an emergency or a delayed flight. For overnight trips, bring the small bag, but also one bag of luggage. Wear one smart suit or nice outfit that won't wrinkle, preferably in dark colors so it won't show stains easily.  Pack a few items and match pieces in your bag, and wear the shoes you will be wearing to the event on to the plane. Only pack one extra pair of training shoes for evening walking and sightseeing or to utilize the hotel's gym ensure motivational speakers health all over the world. Invest in a laptop, notebook computer, or a smart phone. This is a great way to keep an organized motivational speaker on the move and connected to their clients. You can bring the notebook with you everywhere, and some have better wireless capabilities than others. You don't have to spend a ton of money on one, but you want to make sure that you have enough storage space to keep notes, a copy of your prepared speech or speeches, a schedule (also keep a small printed one for your pocket or purse), and contact information for your event. Keep backups of these files on flash drives, which you can keep in your purse or the small carry-on bag. Motivational speaker excellence is also being well organized.
