The Four Types of Motivational Speakers in South Africa

Active motivational speakers in South Africa sometimes fall into 1 of 4 types and it might surprise you. The Evader is one of the motivational speakers who works hard not to get invited to a conference or forum. It is extremely difficult to get hold of them. They have a good speaking talent, but are not professional speakers and are not making a career out of speaking. The Defender happens to be anxious when invited to a speaking opportunity. This nervousness is sometimes overpowering. It is rarely that they are speakers who speak for a living. Usually they are in managerial positions and the organization depends on them to do a presentation which they will grudgingly accept. When they speak, it actually comes over as very inspirational. The Tolerator is the third type amongst busy motivational speakers and can do presentations well, but it is not their main focus in life. They get quite enthusiastic when they do presentations, but they do not promote their services. They are frequently successful people who achieved spectacular feats and people want to hear about them. The Searcher actively puts bread on the table through a speaking career. Sometimes their profiles might include a variety of all of the above, but you will never know it. It is easy to get in touch with them, you find them without effort on the internet and they will do a great job at your next function, because their livelihood depends on it. One of our motivational speakers, who is also a "searcher", is Estienne de Beer.
