Presentation skills of corporate presenters when presentations are to be made are not always easy. One thing however remains clear and that is when the presenter is not careful enough, the screen where graphics or illustrations are displayed may soon take over his or her place at the presentation. This is particularly so because it is so easy to lose the attention of people when there are visual aids for better presentation. These are meant to aid the presentation and not to disturb it. The ability to be able to control the attention of the audience is part of the presentation skills presenters need to make successful presentations. Where slides are being used for screen shots, presenters can choose to render the screen black temporarily by tapping the ‘B' key which will force the listeners to listen to them and when they are done talking or they will want the audience to see the screen again they bring it alive again by tapping any key.
