
SA motivational speakers: a holistic view
The effective method of SA motivational speakers is to take a holistic view. But companies finance managers might not always think so as they calculate the carrying cost of huge levels of expenses. They might advise the purchase managers to go a little slow in their buying spree. An unbiased observer will immediately appreciate that none of them have any notion of harming the company, but due to their lack of overall comprehension of group objectives they continue working at cross purposes that not only harm overall corporate health but also sow seeds of discord in an otherwise harmonious corporate ambience. Organizational-wide inspiration is always the vision of SA motivational speakers. Instead of concentrating on competitors, executives start gunning against each other in their effort to convince the top management about the soundness of their respective perspectives. Team building strives to eliminate such instances of discord among team members. This can be achieved if the team leader accepts the fact members of his team are not against corporate objectives. It is only their inability to look beyond their noses that is preventing them from taking a more holistic view of the whole situation. But mere accepting the presence of inherent incongruence of perspectives among team members would lead the organization nowhere. The team leader must try to bridge this gap of misunderstanding between team members by inducing a change in their attitude. This can be done only if the team leader sheds the more conventional transactional style of leadership and adopts the rather uncommon transformational style of leadership as he helps out his team members to adapt to the new norms. Team building will receive a genuine fillip only when the team leader is prepared to alter his or her style of functioning and not necessarily depend on SA motivational speakers.
