In the workplace, there is a shift in leadership proficiencies from technical to people skills. This includes interpersonal relationships, team dynamics and learning agility. Managers and "high potentials" cannot be behaviourally sound if they are not conceptually sound.
Our workshops utilize experiential classroom learning for your leadership development and management training. It puts the spotlight on people competencies, teamwork, self-awareness, attitudes etc.
